At Snibbs, we stand behind our footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as our warehouse receives the return.
